The end of the CNY 2010

These are my favourite dishes during CNY... cooked by my maternl grandfather..... Yummy...

So one more week before the official CNY end, but i guess for my CNY, it ended with my paternal grandmother passing away on the 5th day the New year. Maybe is good for her, considering her long list of medical problem. For me, maybe is easier to accept it.

During the wake, i did saw alot of things. Being the eldest in the family, my dad had to decide on the funeral, with may uncle and auntie want to chant and all.... and even my mother had to do something based on her ranking. And i become the eldest grand child of the family, after my sister got married and for Chinese, eldest grandson is consider son also....... OMG !

Seeing my father cry, was weird, and i have to say, my impression of him got better after the wake.... over at mandai, i saw him like cry like baby when my grandmother was pushed by machine to the crematoria..... we saw him looked up to the glass panel above us.... my sister and i wondered why......

The next day, then we realised, according to my parents, my dad say my grandmother waving at him. My mother say means go up the heaven, so chanting is good....... unbelievable... No offence, but i can communicate better with God in Christian family. Amen!

Well, anyway, at least i did celebrate for 4 days for CNY...... I still can collect ang baos, just that i can't really go visiting unless they are not superstitious. Well, until today, i have "luo hei" x5...... 1st with family, 2nd with justin's family, 3rd- at uncle house, 4th- with florence, 5th - at coffee shop with family. So must huat huat this year!

So at chu sam, we went to malaysia, to do the annual visit. And uncle jerry have a new dog, rovie. So cute, so soft toy and soft and adorable.

With the month coming to an end, is time for me to work hard and close deal... It been a long time, and i had signed exclusive at Bayshore at 2nd day of cny. Hooray ! Thanks to florence jie jie, after i see her presentation, i never failed to sign exclusive...

And jody, please dun be naive again... today, i waited for this agent, eileen from black diamond real estate for half an hour, to know that she cancel my viewing because they confirm another place. Earlier part, she wanted 1% commission from us ! Nonsense.... What ever come around goes around....

OK. OK. I need to close. I so want to close Bayshore ! co broke or what !

The PROS and cons........

The happy occasion was that I went to ERA Business conference 2010 at Suntec, wonderful experience and too much things to learn...................

And from the bottom of my heart to Congrats my Florence Jie Jie for the Top 200 awards........ (actually Top 177 )................. She is my role model, and i told her that i will be happy to be half of her in the near future............. Her time and money management, her skills and knowledge, her mindset SUPER!

The kind of atmosphere that inspire you to work harder................. Fantastic.............. I should be glad, as compare to those rookie that came in about the same as me............. I was in the conference, and seriously i definately done a better job than them but of course there are alot of improvement as compare to others !

Me and Lu Chin, and she already promoted.... OMG ! I got to work harder....... But i admire her drive and energy.. my age are younger ( oops!), but my body and heart like older than them....

I will walk faithfully with trust and hardwork to the road of success................ and thank you all if u have help me in one way.......... or "push" me to the success

I am quite bless that i have work with and able to talk to top producer from era...... Is wonderful experience for me in mould my work after them...............

Please forgive me if i dun smile at you............... I would like to, but please give me some time, as thing on my relationship are affecting quite a bit............... I am a human who love someone to really care and loved......... But maybe is not my time yet...............

I am motivated for my work, but i am tearing as i enter this entry............... Like i say, this blog is the happiness and the positive stories........... those unhappiness will be in the other blog.........

Omar's Graduation !

2 Feb was one of my close friend, OMAR, graduation... After he left the force 2 years ago, he went for accerlation course for ite nursing. I went to the school, and it was like the fashion show............. the girls was like red carpet man....

I was introduced by him as gurantor........ funny loh........ His friend say i was girly....... ha ha........ never expected that............ even omar himself was shocked.......... they never expect that i was a paramedic before....... oh ya, who will see u if u put on nice make-up to work or function......

Anyway, omar got his first pay and we were treated to lunch buffet at Orchard ........... woh ! OMG ! Too many choice to chose from............ japanese, medditterran, chinese, english blah blah......

so i was tempted to eat italian food, the chef talk to me, ask me did i try everything........... and i should try the desert, but can't tell which specify desert to try......... omar and justin think he was trying to hit on me............. ha ha............

So i had the desert, after few days of craving, and no diet for that day............. bad, but i enjoyed.. too bad, for that lunch, i ate very very little, i didn't even try the oyster........... how stupid can i be...... maybe it the wrong time of the day......... or my stomach getting smaller..........

So is Chua Y H, Omar and me ( so fat, man! eat too much ! )

So the last few days, i have been busy, printing, folding, farming or sticking stamps for close to 1700 of bishan private mailers..... dun ask me how i do it................. i just need to do it.......

I hope just matter of time, we will succeed and become one of the top producer..........
